Complaints and compliments
While Coventry University strives to ensure that it fulfils its role in the community in a positive and responsible manner, there may be occasions when that does not happen, and there is a need to let us know. If equally, there is a something we have excelled in, then we would welcome a compliment.
Making a complaint
If you have a complaint or concern about the activities of Coventry University, be it our students whilst on University owned property, or University staff engaged in University business or a Coventry University event (such as graduation), then please let us know.
Your completed form will be investigated by the University, and you will be notified in writing of the outcome of the investigation, normally within 20 working days of receiving acknowledgement of your complaint.
Please note: Where a complaint is made by a current member of staff against another member of University staff, other than the Vice Chancellor, this process does not apply. The staff grievance procedure must be used. If you are a student wishing to submit a complaint please use the student portal. Please refer to Appendix 10 to the University General Regulations for further information.
