Managing Complex Regeneration
Managing Complex Regeneration is a seven month, postgraduate, part-time learning programme, supported by RegenWM (the Regional Centre for Excellence in Regeneration). The programme assists practitioners from physical, economic or community regeneration backgrounds to more effectively manage complex regeneration initiatives.
The programme draws on a “work-based learning” approach, using your own experiences at work as the basis for learning and action – so it’s entirely relevant to you, your role and your organisation.
The programme offers:
- Space to reflect, in confidence, away from day-to-day work pressures
- Support and challenge from other participants regarding work issues
- Tools, knowledge and new networks to use beyond the programme
- Better understandings of other perspectives in regeneration
