Grants & Funding

The ARG members seek to attract funding for projects through various sources. The Arts Council of England (ACE) is a key source in that respect.

ACE match-funded the appointment of two ‘Media Fellows’ in Creative Practice. Individual staff members have also attracted ACE funding for particular external exhibitions and projects.

In addition, the National Association for Fine Art Education (NAFAE) are supporting a Symposium entitled: ‘Artist as Public Performer’ in early 2008.

Indirect funding through sponsorship or use of a particular venue is crucial for the realisation of many projects.
