About HRRCG

Members of the Group have a wide range of professional, research and consultancy experience gained working within the field of Human Resource Research and Consultancy (HRRCG) in a number of public and private sector organisations.

While we undertake research and consultancy in the full range of human resource activities our research expertise is centred around three key themes:

• Diversity - Managing the 2020 worker
• Knowledge and learning
• Evaluating the impact of HR and change initiatives

We share our knowledge and experience by working with organisations in a number of ways including undertaking field research, running specialist events, mentoring and producing commissioned reports.
