Welcome to the IT Services (ITS) website. We aim to provide and support a range of information delivery, computing, and telecommunications-based services which will further the aims and objectives of the University and in particular enhance the educational environment for students and assist staff at all levels in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.

Before you start:

• Make sure you’re registered with IT Services  (students)
• Read the rules and regulations that all users of IT Services at Coventry University must abide by, in particular the code of conduct for use of ICT facilities 
• Read our guidance on creating a strong password  and avoiding online threats
• Find out what the computing facilities are on campus, where you can plug a laptop in, and what’s available in lecture theatres
