Graduate Diploma Rehabilitation Engineering

This new course is an exciting collaboration between the Health Design & Technology Institute and the Faculty of Engineering and Computing. The course is designed to meet the requirements of new entrants to the profession of rehabilitation engineering and includes all the necessary educational and training elements required for registration on the Voluntary Register of Clinical Technologists (VRCT).

MSc Assistive Technology

The assistive technologist plays a vital role in supporting people with disabilities by creating tools that can help them to cope with a variety of situations. This course will give you a thorough understanding of assistive technologies and prepare you for implementing these technologies in you own workplace.

 MA Social & Healthcare Management

Working in the social and health care sectors can be highly rewarding, but a time may come when you feel ready to take your career to the next level and get involved in management.

 MSc Inclusive Design
 

The Inclusive Design MSc degree will enable you to develop the skills required for specialist design.  Specifically you will focus your designs on areas of disability and the effects of ageing.

Good inclusive design examines user needs, identifies approaches to providing solutions to minor ailments and the effects of ageing, by producing designs that not only help those groups but the whole population.
