Estates
We are a highly capable multi-disciplinary team of professionals who are proud to deliver excellent services to all our customers, enabling the University to achieve its Vision.
The Estates teams are:
- Customer services - client support, information systems, finance and purchasing
- Design and Projects - new buildings, infrastructure and major adaptations, property portfolio
- Environment - sustainability, carbon management, space planning
- Health and Safety - including business continuity and emergency planning
- Operations and Maintenance - repair and maintenance, planned maintenance, minor adaptations
- Protection - security and access control
- Site Services - cleaning, distribution, University fleet, grounds, Public Realm
We are currently restructuring so that Estates can continue to deliver the University’s plans for an evolving, innovative and increasingly successful campus.
Estates staff are mostly based in the Alma Building, ground and second floors.
