Sustainability

Our approach to being a sustainable university covers six areas:

• Securing financial sustainability.
• Investment in the development of our staff.
• Continuous improvement of our processes.
• Environmental sustainability.
• Building lifetime relationships with our Alumni.
• Management of strategic investment programmes.

For each of the above we have set out a number of strategic 'Aims and Measures' which are aligned to our Key Performance Indicators.
