Code of Practice The University is committed to ensuring that you enjoy your accommodation experience and is registered with the University UK Code of Practice which ensures compliance with the requirements of the Housing Act 2004.

The code has been prepared primarily to assist managers of student accommodation by setting out the main elements of good management practice. It covers, among other matters, health and safety, maintenance and repair, and relationships between managers and students.
