E-resource access

We have negotiated access to the following electronic resources (see below), for postgraduate students only at our collaborating institutions.

To access these resources you will need a Coventry University computer username and password.

If you have a Coventry University Student Identity Number (SID) you can register with IT Services to get a Coventry University username and to choose a password. See our guide to registering for an IT account if you are having any difficulties.

Please keep your username and password safe and do not give it to anyone else. As usernames and passwords are individual any misuse of resources can be traced back to the owner.

For security reasons all Coventry University passwords expire after three months. If you get a message saying your username and password has expired when trying to login to a resource, you can reset your password online. You will need your Coventry Student Identity Number and date of birth.

These e-resources are protected by UK copyright and database right laws. Please read our Copyright Statement before using the service. Any misuse of a password will result in the immediate suspension of your account.

When you register for IT Services you are bound by the terms of Coventry University's IT Code of Conduct.

For licensing reasons please remember you will only be able to access the subscription resources shown below. If you are within a resource and use the 'find it' button, you will only be able to access the full text of the item if it is provided by one of the resources listed below.
